The Great Resignation - Are You Next?

In the last few months, I’ve been hearing more and more from people that their experience living through the last eighteen months of the pandemic is causing them to reassess their current life path – either personally or professionally.

And while it’s still early to fully grasp the long-term impacts of experiencing a pandemic - mentally, emotionally, socially, and financially - it’s clear that many people may end up making significant changes as a result.

The good news is that from a financial planning standpoint, the things you should do in preparation for changing jobs are the same things you should be doing anyway. So, if you’re one of those people who enjoys what you do (like me!) and plans to remain where you are, this is a good reminder of why the basic stuff matters.

Besides being good common sense, it helps to place you in a good position if that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity comes knocking on your door!
