About
Talia Pauletti joined IEM as the company's first-ever Chief of Staff in February 2022. As a true innovator, Talia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in creating successful company efficiencies and growth objectives. She possesses a unique skillset in getting the most out of team members - focusing on, and helping others move from being good to great. Talia knew IEM was the right place for her to take the next step in her career because of the people and culture.
Talia’s main duties include directly assisting IEM's CEO & President, advising IEM's leadership team, and implementing core processes and procedures for various company departments. As a trusted advisor, her previous work experience in marketing, sales, logistics, and event planning will strengthen IEM’s ability to focus on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Experience and Education
Talia graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and a minor in Psychology.
Personal
In her spare time, Talia enjoys a host of activities and passions - including international travel, event planning, supporting animal rescue & foster organizations, improv, and yoga. She lives in South Florida with her husband, Chris.
