About
Renee joined IEM in November 2023 as the firm’s Senior Client Services Analyst. For 22 years, Renee has worked in various operations, IT, and business support positions throughout her financial services career. Some of the main things she enjoys are creating process efficiencies, solving problems, and helping to make user experiences as intuitive, seamless, and pleasant as possible.
Working with IEM’s Operations Department, Renee’s knack for learning about new technology tools and industry best practices will have a direct impact on our mission to provide our clients with the best experience possible. Another aspect of her work is developing deep relationships with IEM’s Private Wealth Managers while establishing rapport and effective workflows so they can provide clients with the most accurate financial advice possible.
Experience and Education
Renee graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Macalester College. She holds her FINRA Series 7 securities registration through Commonwealth Financial Network®.
Personal
Renee and her husband, Scott, reside in St Paul with their rescue dogs (Ginger and Frankie) and their box turtle (Pokey). They have two sons (Preston and Malcolm) who are both in college. Together they enjoy walking the dogs, potlucks with friends, and playing trivia. In her spare time, Renee likes gardening, houseplants, jigsaw puzzles, and trying new crafts.
