Danica Goshert

Vice President I Private Wealth Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, and a passion for helping clients make informed choices, Danica enjoys helping people succeed on their own terms. As an advisor and educator for individuals, families, and business owners, she most enjoys guiding people to make smart decisions that are aligned with their goals and desires.

In addition to providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services, Danica also assists clients with specialized issues, including:

  • Business exit planning
  • Retirement plan consulting services for ERISA and non-ERISA plans
  • Financial education programs for employees and retirement plan participants

Experience and education

Danica has been in the financial services industry since 1994. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administrative Studies from Lewis & Clark College, and an MBA from the University of Oregon. She is a CFP®, or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, and holds Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College. She is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®).

Personal

Danica and her husband Bill live in Saint Paul, MN, where she spends time quilting, baking (and basking in the glow from her two state fair ribbons), reading, and planning vacations that minimize the impact of Minnesota winters. She is also active in her community, including serving on the board of directors for myHealth for Teens in Hopkins, MN.

 

Charles Stewart

Associate Vice President I Private Wealth Manager

Charley is a problem-solver and truly enjoys collaborating with people to help pave their financial path. When working with his clients, he approaches their situation as a puzzle. In his role as their financial advisor, Charley helps the client figure out what pieces are in their own puzzle, and how they might all fit together.

Experience and education

Charley joined IEM in 2013 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Personal Finance.  He currently holds his series 7 and 66 licenses through Commonwealth Financial Network® and is a student of all things related to retirement income planning. In addition, he has a special interest in how to translate sophisticated mathematical analysis into real-life strategies that help address unique client needs.  

Personal

A Saint Paul, MN native, Charley continues to call the cooler Twin City his home. His hobbies include anything in the realm of sports, particularly golf, tennis and fantasy football, and spending time at other peoples’ cabins. A music fan, Charley has limited his potential musical career to singing in the shower.  He also enjoys travel and has spent extensive time in Europe and Thailand.  

Amanda Johnson

Associate Vice President I Private Wealth Manager

Empowering busy professionals and families through education and quality advice is core to Amanda’s dedication as a trusted advisor. She particularly enjoys the sense of relief clients feel by reducing the burden that can be brought by someone trying to do it all themselves. She feels it is important to ensure all parties are involved – especially women – in a household decision making process, and takes pride in the clarity a personalized plan can bring.

Amanda believes financial planning needs to be fluid and she works to build trust with the clients she serves. She appreciates being one of the first people a client calls to share good news of a new baby on the way, new home, a job change, or a particularly challenging issue. Through a holistic financial planning process, she provides realistic solutions that are aligned with her clients’ unique goals for today and the future.

  • Developing effective risk management strategies

Experience and education

Amanda studied Mass Communications with an emphasis in Advertising at St. Cloud State University.  After the unexpected loss of her father, she was inspired to leave a career in radio to join the financial services industry in 2010. She has earned the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and she holds Series 7, 6, 65 and 63 through Commonwealth Financial Network® along with Life, Accident and Health licenses. 

Personal

Amanda lives in Plymouth, MN with her husband Reid and two young daughters. She enjoys mini dance parties with her adorable girls, attempting to golf, running, cooking, happy hour gatherings with friends and spending time outdoors at the family cabin.

Dan LaNasa

Associate Private Wealth Manager

Helping clients make sound investment decisions as they navigate through the uncertainties of life is Dan’s passion.  His attention to detail, ability to listen and to understand every person’s unique situation, helps Dan guide clients through the complexities of developing a comprehensive financial strategy.

Education and Experience

Dan has over ten years of financial services industry experience, initially in Compliance and Sales Supervision roles.  In early 2018, Dan decided to follow his passion and apply his industry knowledge to working directly with clients and he joined Integrated Equity Management as an Associate Financial Advisor.  He currently holds his Series 4, 7, 24, 53, and 66 registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®, along with Life, Accident and Health licenses and is a Registered Principal.  Dan attended the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota, where he graduated with a degree in Economics. 

Personal

Dan lives in Highland Park, Minnesota with his wife Maggie and their 18-month-old daughter Audriana (Addie).  They enjoy neighborhood walks, especially if a stop at Menchie’s for frozen yogurt is involved.  Dan also enjoys summers filled with cabin trips, golfing, baseball, and barbeques with family and friends.
