About
Megan joined IEM in June 2023 as the firm’s Vice President of Operations. For 12 years, Megan has worked in various operations and sales support positions throughout her financial services career. Some of the main things she enjoys are creating process efficiencies, solving problems, and helping to make user experiences as intuitive, seamless, and pleasant as possible.
Working with and leading IEM’s Operations Department, Megan’s knack for learning about new technology tools and industry best practices will have a direct impact on our mission to provide our clients with the best experience possible. Another aspect of her work is developing deep relationships with IEM’s Private Wealth Managers while establishing rapport and effective workflows so they can provide clients with the most accurate financial advice possible.
Experience and Education
Megan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota. She holds her FINRA Series 6,7, 63, and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®, in addition to Minnesota Life and Health insurance licenses.
Personal
Megan and her husband, Brandon, reside in Roseville with their cat (Maro) and dog (Frankie). Together they enjoy hiking, playing board games with friends, trying new restaurants, and traveling. In her spare time, Megan likes gardening, pottery, ceramics, cooking, and is always up for trying new hobbies.
